All other RETURNING PATIENTS should select one among the CHIROPRACTIC, ACUPUNCTURE, or DRY NEEDLING options.

Chiropractic

Manipulation of joints to relieve fixation, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and/or restore function. Can be performed manually (more likely to feel/hear 'popping' of any joints) or with the use of instruments (very unlikely to feel/hear 'popping' of any joints), whichever is preferred by the patient and/or indicated by their condition.

Born and raised in Greensboro, Dr Adam Groch has also lived all over the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Colorado, Oregon, Illinois, and Florida, before returning home to North Carolina in 2021. He has practiced in NC, AK, CO, and FL.

He graduated from National University of Health Sciences, in Lombard, IL in 2016, and is currently board certified in Chiropractic Medicine, Acupuncture, and Dry Needling. He is additionally trained in Graston technique, Active Release technique, Activator technique, Cox Flexion/Distraction, McKenzie Method, Thompson Drop technique, extremity adjusting, cupping, gua sha, and most commonly utilizes Diversified technique for adjustments.

His clinical approach involves customizing treatments to fit the needs and preferences of each patient, along with providing home care instructions and nutritional recommendations, when appropriate. He can communicate effectively with your other doctors and specialists to co-manage your health concerns.

When not at work, Dr Adam enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife, Skylar, and their dog, Kenai. This often includes hiking, camping, SUP-ing, and looking for wildlife, but can also be watching an outdoor concert or a meteor shower.
